As an organization providing health care and services, support, and training to employees, partners, members, and, above all, the public, SSPAD uses personal information daily as part of its services.<\/span><\/p>\n

We adhere to the highest standards when processing all information, particularly personal information.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Privacy Policy aims to help you better understand our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information.<\/span><\/p>\n

By providing us with personal information through our website, filling out satisfaction surveys, or completing consent forms for care, you agree to the processing of this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and authorize SSPAD, its employees, partners, and service providers (medical record software) to process your personal information for the purposes outlined below.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.3 Government authorities (MSSS, CIUSS and CISSS) and law enforcement agencies when required by applicable laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

For greater certainty, we may disclose personal information and other information if we are required to do so by law, including tax laws, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, in response to a court order or a government subpoena or search warrant, or otherwise to cooperate with such government authorities and law enforcement agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n
